The results: 30 agents in production, 1.2 humans managing them, 70K hyper-personalized emails a month vs. the 7K humans used to send, and millions in new pipeline. Every agent took 30+ days to train. Some of them broke spectacularly. He shipped anyway. This is not a keynote about what AI might do to SaaS.
